Hi, I’m JAY, the founder of MADE CLOTHING LLC. This brand is more than clothing, it’s my mission, my story, and my way of MAKING A DIFFERENCE EVERYWHERE!

Our Journey

Life hasn’t always been easy. As many other, I’ve been through trials and tribulations throughout my life. In the recent years I experienced being homeless for about a year, facing challenges that could have broken me as well. After finding my way out, tragedy struck again when my little sister passed away at a young age from lupus and COVID-19. Her loss during our struggles was devastating, but her words of encouragement to make sure I change my mom and brothers life for the better before passing continues to motivate me each and every day.

From a young age, I loved making people laugh. My sister and brother inspired me to pursue my passion for comedic skits, spreading joy and positivity even during hard times. That drive to uplift others eventually led to the creation of MADE CLOTHING LLC — a brand born to inspire, motivate, and bring a little light into the world through fashion and self-expression.

Our Mission

I’m a believer in GOD, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, and I believe the best way I can honor Him is by motivating others, making them smile, and inspiring positivity. Every piece of MADE CLOTHING represents my promise to my siblings: to change the life of my family, resilience, dedication, motivation and to prove that struggles do not define you — they build you.

Being in the NBA and playing basketball was once my dream, but I realized it was never just about the game. It was a stepping stone to reach people, inspire through acting, skits, fashion and to share a story of resilience. What broke others MADE me, and I want my story to show that anyone can rise above challenges.
