Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 4–5 weeks for pre-orders. Please note that processing time is different from shipping time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for deliveries. Delivery times may vary based on location and may be longer during holidays or national holidays.

 

Lost or Misplaced Packages:

Once a carrier has received your package, it is out of our control. We are NOT responsible for lost or misplaced packages, and customers will need to resolve any issues directly with the carrier. We will NOT issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount excluding shipping costs or reship the order at no additional cost one time only. If the order is returned again, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping for reshipment.
